On December 1, Pinnacle Power installed two kitchen hanging lights in my home.  The appointment was scheduled in a timely manner.

 

An email service call confirmation included the name and photo of the technician that would be coming to my home.  It informed me of what to expect and assured me he was drug tested and background checked.  I felt completely safe in allowing him in my home.

 

The technician, Dave, was polite, kind, helpful and extremely knowledgeable.  He answered every electrical question I asked and took his time in doing so.  (I was charged for the installation of the lights, not the time.) The installation was excellent.

 

Dave has returned to my home for a free 12-point safety evaluation and an estimated repair/installation fee on future work.  He explained all of Pinnacle Power’s packages to fix or upgrade, but it wasn’t pushy or hard sell at all.  He offered suggestions, solutions and cautions.

 

I highly recommend Pinnacle Power for any residential electrical service and repair.
